Lemon Flounder
A wonderful low fat supper dish. Serve with asparagus or green beans.
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup dry white wine or vermouth
1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 6-ounce flounder fillets
